How to Prepare for you InBody Testing
Normal Fluid intake day before and leading up to testing
Stand for at least 5 minutes before testing
You will need to remove your shoes and socks
Warm yourself 20 minutes prior to testing on cold days
You will need to use the bathroom prior to testing
Do not eat or exercise for at least 3 hours before testing
Do not consume alcohol or excessive Caffeine for at least 24hours before testing
Do not shower or use a sauna immediately before testing
Do not apply lotion to your hands or feet prior to testing
