InBody

Congratulations for choosing CrossFit Bangor for your Inbody Scan.


If this is your first Scan, you must book a full 30 min Consultation.

How to Prepare for you InBody Testing


  • Normal Fluid intake day before and leading up to testing

  • Stand for at least 5 minutes before testing

  • You will need to remove your shoes and socks

  • Warm yourself 20 minutes prior to testing on cold days

  • You will need to use the bathroom prior to testing

  • Do not eat or exercise for at least 3 hours before testing

  • Do not consume alcohol or excessive Caffeine for at least 24hours before testing

  • Do not shower or use a sauna immediately before testing

  • Do not apply lotion to your hands or feet prior to testing
