Notes: 20 dumbbell thrusters (8 lbs) on each hand 10 lateral burpees over dumbbells (jumped over DB) On the first round, I did DB facing burpees. On the 2nd round, I did 3 DB facing burpees and changed to lateral burpees over DB to make 10 reps total. 15 sit ups with 8 lbs DB
